About Us

Accessibility for All Magazine is a digital publication dedicated to making accessibility, inclusion and belonging part of everyday life. We share stories, perspectives and practical information that reflect the many ways people live, participate and contribute to their communities.

Published by Vancouver-based Mélange Media, our magazine brings an international perspective to experiences that are deeply personal and widely shared. Our coverage includes disability, ageing, neurodiversity and the experiences of LGBTQIA+ communities, recognizing that identities overlap and that no single story can represent everyone.

At the heart of our publication are people. Through personal accounts, interviews and features, we make room for voices that are too often overlooked. We value lived experience as a source of knowledge, insight and leadership. Our stories recognize people as individuals with ambitions, relationships, interests and expertise, whose lives extend well beyond any label.

Our coverage connects those perspectives with everyday interests and decisions. From accessible living and assistive technology to wellness, creativity, relationships and community participation, we examine what helps people lead fulfilling lives. We also highlight businesses, organizations and initiatives working to make products, services and spaces more welcoming and usable.

Accessibility for All is for readers seeking useful information, meaningful representation and a broader understanding of the world around them. It is also for families, caregivers, advocates, professionals and decision-makers who want to contribute to more inclusive communities.

We believe media has a role in shaping whose experiences are heard, whose needs are considered and whose contributions are recognized. Our purpose is to inform, connect and empower through thoughtful storytelling that respects individual experiences and encourages greater understanding.

Through our magazine and online resources, we aim to help readers make informed choices, encounter new perspectives and strengthen connections. We want accessibility and inclusion to become everyday considerations wherever people live, work, create and connect.
